2. Random Classroom Observation for JHS Faculty Members

 For Third to Fourth Quarter;
 No fixed time or schedule of faculty members to be observed;

 Post-Classroom Observations Feedbacking Session – March 30, 2023 onwards.

3. Second and Third Quarter Posting of Grades and Honor Students

 Viewing of Grades in the student portal (March 31, 2023);
 Conduct of Homeroom PTA Conference/ Consultation Meeting (April 14, 2023):
 Academic Progress of the Student;
 Student Behavior in Class;
 Follow-up Student Accounts with Unpaid PTA Contributions;
 Deadline of Payment: April (2nd week)/ week before signing of clearance

  Critic Teachers to submit a final topic assignment for all interns as basis for plotting of
schedules for final teaching demonstration;
