    AGONCILLO, BATANGAS

    MINUTES OF THE MEETING


    FIRST QUARTER

    To make a harmonious relationship among parents, the assembly is held


    every grading .I conducted the first assembly meeting with parents last September 20,
    2022.The meeting was started with a short but meaningful prayer. The agenda of our
    meeting includes the discussion of the school’s rules and regulation in this new normal,
    the do’s and dont’s , the grading system and other matters related to the education of
    their children.

    The next activity we had was the election of the new set of PTA Officers for the SY
    2022-2023.After the election, we had a little discussion about some of the parents’
    concern with regards to the task and responsibilities of the newly elected officers.

    The first assembly meeting ended successfully.
