SIGN-ON BONUS GUIDELINES

This document defines the basis for eligibility of the employee to receive the Sign On Bonus incentive. A validation process will
still be done based on the guidelines stated in this document, to determine the eligibility of the employee.

Signing this document does NOT automatically qualify someone from receiving the payout. Instead, it is a declaration that the
bonus guidelines have been read and understood.

1. SIGN ON BONUS SUMMARY

Sign On Bonus Total Amount: 20,000.00 Php
Payment Terms/ Scheme: 2 Payouts
Payout Amount: 10,000.00 Php (1st payout) and 10,000.00 Php (2nd payout)
Payment Schedule: 1st payout is nearest pay-out following the completion of the 90th day from start date, 2nd payout is the
nearest payout upon completion of 180th Day from start date.

Tenure validation process will follow upon reaching required tenure milestone.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Candidates must meet ALL of the requirements listed below to be eligible for the Sign On bonus:
Must be hired for the specific position and account. Candidate must be hired and onboarded within the dates specified in the Sign-
on Bonus Summary above.

Candidates must not also have ANY of the following disqualifications:


Candidates who went through Near-Hire Training (NHT) or Applicant Up-skilling Program (AUP) are not qualified to receive Sign
On Bonus. Employees who are removed from the account due to non-certification non-regularization, poor performance or for any
cause attributable to the Employees will not be eligible to receive the Bonus. Employees who are redeployed from other accounts
or departments are not qualified to receive the Sign Bonus.

3. REQUIREMENTS

The eligible employee must be an active employee of (i.e. reporting for work, not on leave, not AWOL) of Concentrix during
period covered until payment schedule is still in the account mentioned above.
Continuous active employment must be rendered with Concentrix until the Payment Schedule (corresponding to the payout
tranche) indicated above.
If the employee resigns or gets separated from the Company, for whatever reason, the Sign On Bonus provisions will also be
discontinued effective the date of resignation or separation. Employees become ineligible if transferred to another account due to
employee-initiated reasons such as medical and emergency reasons anytime within PST or transition period – but with the
exception of Company-initiated transfer. Only qualified applicants who have a duly signed Sign On Bonus Guidelines document
attached to their 201 File will be allowed to claim the Bonus. Any new incentive promo beyond this period will not be applicable to
this application. The terms and conditions of the Sign-on Bonus promotion may be changed or amended at any time, at the
discretion of the management. Concentrix reserves the option to waive the employee’s eligibility to receive other special
variable bonuses within the course of employment, relative to this Sign On bonus. The Bonus is forfeited if the employee is pulled
out because of failure to submit the pre-employment requirements on or before the 15th business day from the agreed start date;
The Bonus is forfeited if the employee voluntarily requests to be moved or agreed to moved to a start date or program that is not
covered by Sign On Bonus summary above;

4. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
Sign On Bonus will be paid out if all eligibility requirements have been met; Sign on Bonus will be credited to the employee’s
payroll account on the specified timelines below:

1st payout is nearest pay-out following the completion of the 90th day from start date
2nd payout is the nearest payout upon completion of 180th Day from start date.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sign On Bonus amount is subject to applicable withholding tax rate.


Payment will be credited to the employee’s payroll account only upon validation of qualification to receive the Sign On Bonus. 1st
payout is nearest pay-out following the completion of the 90th day from start date, 2nd payout is the nearest payout upon
completion of 180th Day from start date.

I declare that I have read the abovementioned guidelines of the Sign Bonus promotion and have fully understood and agree to all
of its contents without any qualification.

I have been fully advised and thoroughly informed of the requirements related to the Sign On Bonus
Guidelines.

I understand that signing this document does not automatically qualify me from receiving the Sign On Bonus payout, nor does it
guarantee continued employment and/or in any manner affect the Company’s discretion in evaluating my performance.
