DR. GLEN D.V DE LEON, CPA

Vice President for Academic Affairs

Dear Dr. De Leon,

City of Malabon University intends to contribute to the advancement of society by
providing various programs and services for the future labor force. The University
Counseling and Career Services office provide a Career and Placement Program for all
the learners in assisting them towards better educational and career choices. It also
assists the graduates and practicumers for employment and on-the-job training
opportunities by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to
achieve career goals effectively. With this, we would like to propose a Career Seminar and
Job Fair for the 2nd semester A.Y 2022-2023.This program specifically assists students in
their career planning and choice.

Career Education focuses on topics such as power dressing, smart interview and
the 21st Century resume making. Career Placement aims to provide direct employment
opportunities for the students and a privilege to experience actual recruitment process
through Job Fair. The University gets connected to various industries and companies
which offer job vacancies. The said event will invite various related companies that offer
job and work experience to our clientele. This intends to provide not only employment
opportunities for our students but also experience of the actual recruitment process, thus,
assisting our partner companies in hiring competent graduates who will be assets in the
labor force.

Attached is the proposed program and budget for the Career Education. Hoping for
your generous approval regarding this matter. Thank you.

Sincerely: Approved by:
