NARRATIVE REPORT
New Visayas Elementary School is an institution following the rights of every learner, to
learn in many ways especially in academic and non-academic areas. In this school the pupils
were able to develop their multiple intelligences. They were also given the chance to lead for
their fellow pupils through the Supreme Pupils Government.
Last March, 2017 SPG election was conducted by the school. There were two parties
being organized and the one being elected as the president was Darlyn P. Ramos. She
implemented the platform they have made which is maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness
of the school premises. She, together with the other SPG officers always see to it the school
ground is always clean and the pupils will throw the garbage in its proper disposal area.
Through this program they constructed the Maintenance Recovery Facility (MRF)
project. This is an improvised waste disposal with biodegradable, non-biodegradable and
recyclable materials. With this project, pupils can avoid loitering and maintain the cleanliness of
the school and pupils practice the proper waste disposal.
Supreme Pupils Government (SPG) of New Visayas Elementary School indeed rendered
their services with passion and perseverance with the good leadership of their president, Darlyn
P. Ramos.
