- The machine can not run because it has the

LOW LEVEL ALARM error at the CLEAN tank.
The machine recognizes no water in this tank.

 - Check the status of L level sensor of Clean
tank and find that it was broken.

- Check the OPEN button, cables, the input

and output signals, 2-way solenoid valve and
find that this solenoid valve was in malfunction
and need to replace.

What we have done and - We tried to fix temporarily the L level sensor
4 and control the machine to run in AUTO mode
possible causes
to inspect more.

- When running, the CLEAN and RINSE

cylinders work unstably, check and find out that
the position sensors sometimes are not active,
adjust the locations and 1 set can not be
locked.

- When the machine runs in AUTO mode, at

the RINSE process, both of motors (CLEAN
and RINSE) are running, it is wrong in the
process. After checking and fixing all
connections and cables, we suspect the PLC
control unit of the machine was in malfunction

because the condition of M level and H level
sensors of CLEAN tank looked not good)

- Replace the broken parts.
- Temporarily, the machine can run in MANUAL
6 Suggested solutions mode but we suggest to check the water level
of CLEAN tank regularly.
