NARRATIVE REPORT FOR MODULAR TRAINING

(Day 6)

"Success is not an accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and
most of all love of what you are doing or learning to do."

In line to the Profesional Development System (PDIS), conducting training on Instructional

Strategies on Language Learning and Transitions: Improving Early Grade Literacy in School
and at Home, under the Division Memo No. 15 s 2021.

We are the Group 26 composed of 4 schools (Galicia, Hamorawon, Nagcalsot, and Minso
Es). Our facilitator are Mam Gina Miravalles and sir Rowell Serrano and our Ict support,
none other than mam Lalani Bechayda.

The said training was purpose to strengthen and equip teachers on the current trends and
necessary things to have during the new normal set up in education. This training on day 6
was anchored to attain the ff. topics:

1. A review of the learning experience approach

2. Writing as a domain of literacy
3. Interactive writing strategy

We are on the 6th day or half of our modular training. It was started with a check in
question in our GC/group chat, where in the question was "What is the most enjoyable
thing to write and why?. Most of the participants trainee responded to the question based
on their idea or thoughts with their emotion or feelings. But there is one answer caught my
attention. It was responded by mam Eunice Arao, from Galicia Es. According to her "the
most enjoyable thing to write is love letter to express her feelings to his loveones".
Nowadays love letters has been forgotten by so many because of the modern technology
but still there are some people loves to write love letters.

After the check in question, sir Rowell gave us 2 hours to complete the activities and
answers all the parts of the module. If we have question, we are free to ask assistance to
our facilitators and ict support.

During the modular training we take selfies while answering for documentation purposes.

Two hours later were Done!. Sir Rowell posted the check out question " How will you apply
what you learned today when writing Learning Activity Sheet?" We responded to the
question given to us. In the afternoon is the time to make a Learning Activity Sheet or LAS
to be submitted at the Google Classroom. Again we nailed it for the 6th day.

Attached herewith are the selfies taken and evidences used during the modular training for
your reference.
