RESOLUTION No. 2023-01

We, the majority of the officers Tagbocboc Mag-uuma Association, Inc (TAGMA) has agreed
that,

State as follows:

“At the special meeting of the association held at its principal place of business on July
25, 2023 wherein a quorum was present and acting throughout, the following
resolutions were unanimously passed and approved:

‘WHEREAS, the Association wishes to apply for registration to the Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR);

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it hereby resolved, that, the Officers

authorize the association to proceed with its application for the registration with
the BIR; and
RESOLVED, FURTHER, as it hereby resolved, that, the Board authorize MEL
ANTHONY G. LIBAGO (MEMBER) to be the designated representative of
TAGMA in all dealings and transactions with the BIR in relation to the
registration of the Cooperative with BIR.’

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 25th day of July
2023 at TAGMA Building, Tagbocboc, Talisayan, Misamis Oriental.
