This is to certify that Marie Joy Katrina Barrozo is the Leasing and Maintenance Manager
of Kate Camryn Realty LLC since April 17, 2020 up to present day.

As of writing, and with her tenure and performance appraisal considered, her standard pay
has been increased and she is currently receiving $1,000.00 monthly.

Her key responsibilities for the role are as follows:

● Manage property listings for marketing, both for short term and long term properties.
● Liaise with property owners and contractors for the upkeep of properties.
● Facilitate leasing process from tenant acquisition to tenant move out.
● Coordinate maintenance requests between contractors and tenants.
● Work with the finance team to ensure the tenant's monthly rentals are collected and
accounted for.
● Create standard operating procedures for the property management team.
● Ad Hoc tasks.

This certification is being issued to Ms.Barrozo for travel purposes or whatever legal purpose it
may serve.
