4. First aid measures


Inhalation If overcome by exposure, remove victim to fresh air immediately. Seek
medical attention
Skin contact Wash skin thoroughly with mild soap/water. Seek medical attention if ill
effect or irritation develops.
Eye contact Remove any contact lenses at once. Flush eyes well with large quantities
of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention
Ingestion For small amounts, give a glass or two of water or milk to dilute
substance. For large quantities, induce vomiting.
CAUTION: Never induce vomiting if a person is unconscious. If signs or
symptoms of overexposure persist, seek medical attention.
5. Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media Water, carbon dioxide, dry chemical or foam
Special exposure hazards Under fire conditions, this product may release carbon monoxide, carbon
dioxide and other decomposition products of undetermined hazards
Protect against fire As with any fire situation, full face, self-contained breathing apparatus
and appropriate protective clothing should be worn.

After spillage / leakage No smoking. Eliminate other ignition sources. Leaking containers should
be moved to a dry, well-ventilated area. Isolate spill area. Provide clean-
up workers with protective clothing and, when necessary, chemical
resistant gloves equivalent to Neoprene/PVC.
