The executive branch is responsible for the implementation of laws throughout the

country. It is represented by the president, vice president, cabinet of ministers


and independent agencies.
The head of executive power - the president - is obliged to take care of "the exact
execution of laws" and "to protect the constitution".

President
The president is the head of state and executive power, as well as the supreme
commander. The duties of the president include concluding international agreements,
signing and vetoing draft laws, appointing members of the cabinet, the Supreme
Court, ambassadors, as well as the issue of pardons.
