Madam:

I respectfully request to suspend in-person classes and implement the learning

modality from in-person classes to modular distance learning in the afternoon here in
Mapuroc Elementary School on May 2023 until rescinded by proper authority due to the
Excessive Heat/Extremely High Temperature. This shifting of learning modality would benefit
our learners for they can be in favorable places at home during their learning situation given
that the weather condition in school is very warm especially when electricity is interrupted.

Rest assured that all teachers and school personnel will be in school on the given
date to monitor and give assistance to their learners through texts or calls.

These are the number of learners requested to be in modular distance learning:
