IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND CAUTIONARY
MARKINGS IN THE MANUAL AND ON THE APPLIANCE

• Do not immerse the main unit in water or place it in the dishwasher.


• Do not pour water over the main unit.
• Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or damaged.
• Do not use the appliance outdoor.
• Keep the appliance a sufficient distance from hot surfaces and
external heat sources.
• Ensure the power cord does not touch hot surface or external heat.
• Disconnect the appliance from main power supply before cleaning
the main controller unit.
• Clean the main unit with a dry and damp cloth only.
• Do not unplug by pulling on the cable. To unplug, grasp the plug, not
the cable. The use of an extension cable is not recommended.
• Do not disassemble the appliance as incorrect reassembly may result
in an electric shock or fire.

Note: It is recommended a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) safety outlet adapter that detects
electricity current leakage from damaged cords and water, then immediately shuts off power which
prevents electrical shock. If a person's body starts to receive a shock, the GFCI senses this and cuts
off the power before he/she can get injured. GFCIs are generally installed where electrical circuits may
accidentally come into contact with water.

IMPORTANT:
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS
COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY. ADDITIONALLY, MISUSING YOUR
APPLIANCE MAY DAMAGE IT AND VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

• Place the appliance on a clean, even, sturdy and solid

• Be careful of any vapor that flows out through the top or
sides of the cover, as this may scald you. Regularly

prevent the vapor from escaping elsewhere.
• Hold the handle to remove the steamer from the mixing
jar lid, set it aside until the steam is settle before you
open the steamer lid.
Cooking:
• Do not touch the measuring cup when processing hot
food, Never cover the measuring cup. Ensure the steam
can escape on the sides of the cup.
• Hot steam and splashing liquids may escape from the
hole in the lid if the measuring cup is not in place. Also
be careful when you remove the cooking basket, as it
may be hot.
• If the measuring cup is not locked into position when
using this function, ingredients might splash, resulting in
burns.
• Never heat oil without other ingredients, the hot oil will

WEIGHING SCALE CARE
DIGITAL SCALES ARE INSTRUMENTS OF PRECISION AND SHOULD BE HANDLED
WITH EXTREME CARE.

• Ensure place the appliance on solid, level and even

2. Initial Startup
2.1 Setup at The Proper Location

• Place the appliance on a clean, even, sturdy and solid surface.

• Do not place the appliance on a tablecloth to prevent the appliance from moving and
slipping.

• Ensure that there is sufficient distance between the appliance and edge of the work surface.

2.2 Care and Cleaning

• Turn off the appliance, and disconnect it from the power supply before cleaning it.
• Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.
• Remove the mixing jar by supporting the base unit, hold the jar handle and then move
upward.
• Assemble the dishwasher rubber cap (as shown) when mixing jar is washed in the
dishwasher or kitchen sink.

• Ensure that the 5 contact pins at the bottom of the jar are always clean and dry.
• Clean the main body with a damp cloth only. Do not use harsh abrasives or chemicals.
• To clean the mixing jar , first dismantle the mixing jar and blade assembly (refer to page
“Mixing Jar Assembly”.
• Remove the mixing blade if relevant, then clean the inside and outside of the jar with
cleansing agent and a soft sponge/cloth. You can clean the mixing blade, kneading blade
and blunt blade , spatula, steamer, and measuring cup, jar lid and simmering basket in the
same way.

NOTE: Remove the black seal ring before you wash the blade assembly, and ensure that
both parts are completely dry before fitting them back together.

3. About your Accessories


3.1 Mixing Jar
• The stainless steel jar has a maximum capacity of 2L, with intervals of 0.5 liters marked
on the jar.

• Cover the lid on the jar, push down the lid tight to the jar then press the safety lever
lock and turn the lid clockwise for the lid onto the jar.

• Place the mixing jar onto the main body base at the correct direction and fitted
properly.

3.2 Mixing Blade


The blades in the assembly have sharp edges, and are intended for blending, chopping,
mincing, ice crushing and grinding functions. The blades can be easily removed for cleaning.

3.2.1 Blade Assembly


• To insert the blade, ensure that the black sealing ring is in place.
• Push the blade through the hole of the jar and fitted properly.
• Place the jar side way on the countertop.
• Hold it in place with hand (use tea towel to protect your hand), while positioning the
fixing bracket with the other hand.
• Turn the fixing bracket clockwise and the blade will lock in place.

3.2.2 Dis-assembly of Blade


• Place the jar on the countertop upside down, and place a tea towel inside it.
• Turn the fixing bracket anti-clockwise; the blade will drop down onto the tea
towel.

3.3 Kneading Blade


The kneading blade can be used for kneading dough. Follow the instructions on 3.2.1 and
3.2.2 to remove the blade and simply attached the kneading blade.

3.4 Blunt Blade


The blunt blade is for even stirring. It has more strength and pressure used for stir thicker,
tougher and heavy foods, low speed for gently stir soft foods. No more food break apart.
Follow the instructions on 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 to remove the blade and simply attached the
kneading blade.

3.5 Jar Lid


The appliance will only operate if both the jar and lid are properly secured.
To secure the lid, turn it clockwise until it clicks into place.

3.6 Measuring Cup
The measuring cup serves as a part of the lid, and performs three functions:
• to prevent heat loss during cooking;
• to keep ingredients from splashing out;
• to measure ingredients with a full capacity of 100ml.

To place the measuring cup correctly, insert it into the hole of the lid and turn to lock it.

3.7 Silicon Spatula


The silicon spatula is specially designed to be used without damaging the jar. To avoid
any damage, please do not use any other tools (e.g. cooking spoons) to scrape, mix or
stir food in the jar. *You can use the small groove on the handle to hold the cooking
basket. For stability, use another hand to hold a plate to support the basket.

3.8 Simmering Basket


Put the simmering basket into the mixing jar
Use the small groove on the handle of the spatula to put the simmering basket into the
mixing jar.

Ensure that the spatula is hooked securely onto the simmering basket before taking the
simmering basket out. You can transfer the simmering basket to the sink to drain the
water.

The simmering basket serves many functions:

Sieving fruit and vegetable juices


After using the appliance to blend fruits or vegetables, or making fruit puree, put the
basket into the jar to help pour out the juice.

Stewing
Delicate foods such as meatballs or fish balls that cannot be prepared in the jar. Place
these foods into the simmering basket where they can be stewed.

Cooking side dishes.


Use the simmering basket to make dishes such as rice, potatoes etc.

3.9 Butterfly Whisk


The butterfly whisk is ideal for whipping cream or beating egg whites. It is also ideal for
preparing creamy mixtures.

Affix the butterfly whisk onto the blade assembly by the hole, and press it with enough
force to create a good connection. Then turn the butterfly bar anticlockwise to hook the
tool onto the blade.

To remove the butterfly, simply turn it clockwise to unhook it from the blade, and pull it
off.

4.0 Steamer
The steamer is used for steaming food. It consists of three parts :

Large steamer (bottom), Small steamer (middle) and lid cover (top).

• Place the mixing jar on the base of the main unit, and add 0.5 liters of water into it.

• Position the steamer on top of the jar lid so that it completely seals the jar opening.
• Ensure that some slots in the steamer is free of any food items to allow the control
of steam.
• Always ensure the steamer lid is correctly in place before you use it.
• Select ‘STEAM’ program and set the desired time.
• The food will start to cook when the water begins to boil in steam mode.
• Please be careful of this steam when you remove the steamer lid.

5. Operations and Use
5.1 Switch on the Appliance
• Plug the 3 pins adaptor to the wall socket and turn on the power.
• Switch on the appliance power on the rear bottom of the main controller unit.
• The appliance beeps once but no display.

5.2 Start to Operate


Press the rotate knob, all the backlights turn on and stay at the
standby mode. You can select the desired mode and function to
start using the appliance.

5.5 Quick Start
5.5.1 Stop/Cancel

1) Touch the Stop/Cancel button, the LCD backlight will illuminate allowing
you to select your desired setting.

2) Touching this button during different stages will return your appliance to
the standby mode.

5.5.2 Start / Pause & Setting knob

1) After selecting the desired setting or program on the appliance, touch the
button on positioned on the front of the knob to start operating.

2) Touching this button during the operating process will pause the
operation in standby mode. The LCD will display PAUSE. You can
safely open the lid and remove the jar from the base unit.

3) The appliance will turn off automatically if you leave it idle for 10 minutes
during PAUSE mode.

Setting (turn the knob)


1) Select the desired setting by turning the knob clockwise to increase the
value and anti-clockwise to decrease the value.

2) Use this knob to select and set the Timer, Speed, Temperature and
Heat Power.

5.5.3 Temperature

1) To adjust the temperature, touch this button either during stand-by mode,
or during the heating process

Note: in the pre-set mode, the temperature is fixed, and cannot be


adjusted)

2) The temperature icon will flash on the LCD screen, indicating that you can
adjust the temperature. Turn the knob to select your desired temperature,
ranging from 37-120°C.

5.5.4 Timer
1) The LCD screen for the timer displays 88:88:88, which indicates the hour
: minute : second.

2) To set the timer for the required length of time touch the timer button and
the timer icon will flash on the LCD screen indicating that you can adjust
the timer.

3) Use the knob to adjust the minutes between 1-60minutes.

4) Touch the timer button again, the seconds will flash. Turn the knob to
adjust between 1-60 seconds.

5) Touch the timer button a third time to adjust the hours. Turn the knob to
adjust between 1-12 hour.

6) If you touch the timer during the operating process, the appliance will
start to count down directly.

7) If you want to adjust the timer during operation, you can touch the timer
and turn the rotate knob to update the new timer setting.

Note: Maximum 60 min by manual setting

5.5.5 Speed
1) Touch the speed button, the icon will flash on the LCD screen, indicating
that you can adjust the speed.

2) Before setting the speed, ensure the jar lid is securely fitted on the
mixing jar.

3) Turn the knob to select your desired speed, ranging from Level 1-10.

4) Crushing or chopping hard food, or large volumes of food at high speed


can cause vibration. To avoid this, select Level 5 speed first, and then
gradually increase to Level 10.

5) You can adjust the speed between Levels 1-10 during both the blending
and heating processes.

Note: In the pre-set mode process, the speed is fixed and cannot be
adjusted

5.5.6 Heat Power


1) When you adjust the temperature, the heat power setting will
automatically change to the default heating power for that temperature
level.

2) To change the heat power, touch this button either during stand-by
mode, or during the heating process (Note: in some pre-set mode, the
temperature is fixed and cannot be adjusted).

3) The heat power icon will flash on the LCD screen, indicating that you
can now adjust the heat power. Turn the knob to select your desired
heat power, ranging from Level 1-10.

4) Low power will allow you to have more precise control over the
temperature; while High power will heat food quicker.

5) However, some sticky foods may end up burning the base of the jar at
high temperatures. To reduce this risk, select a low heat power for these
foods. Additionally, if you only have a small volume of food that requires
a precise temperature, select Low heat power.

Note: The appliance will not operate if you have selected a heat power
setting, but not a temperature setting. We recommend following the
default heat power setting when you select different temperature levels.

5.5.7 Turbo
1) The Turbo function allows you to chop and mix ingredients at maximum
speed.

2) To use this function, simply touch and hold this button for the required
time (usually 3-4 seconds).

Note: To crush ice or grind hard food, touch the button in short bursts
until you achieve your desired result.

5.5.8 Weighing
1) Unlock or open the lid cover while weighing.

2) Place the mixing jar in the base unit, and touch the scale button to start
the weighing.

3) The display will show “0 00 0” by default, indicating the scale has be


activated.

4) Weigh the first ingredients (4,999 kg max.)

5) If you wish to add more ingredients, add the next ingredient to the mixing
jar, the scale will add the values and the total weight will show on LCD
screen.

6) If the ingredients removed from the mixing jar, the scale will minus the
weight from the total value.

7) Touch the scale button once to reset the value to zero.

Note: The variation for up to 3 kg is +/- 30 g.

5.5.9 Menu
1) Touch the MENU button to access any of the 10 pre-set modes.

2) Continue touch on the MENU button to select your desired mode.

3) The default setting modes are Chopping, Stewing, Steaming, Thick


Soup, Quick Soup , Stirring, Kneading, Risotto , Smoothies and
Yogurt.

4) Once process complete, ‘End’ will appear on the LCD screen.

5) If you leave the appliance idle for 10 minutes after this, it will
automatically enter WARM mode for up to 12 hours until you
manually stop it. Some settings in certain pre-set modes are fixed,
and cannot be adjusted.

6. WiFi
6.1 Download and Sign-Up Tuya App (Figure 1)
• Download Tuya APP from IOS or Android “TUYA Smart”
• Sign-Up Tuya App, Register email address and setup a password.
• A registration verification code will be sent to your registered email.

• Screen show “Add Device”, click ‘Add Device’.
• Select “+” on the upper right corner, then select “Kitchen Appliances”, and “Cooker”.

6.3 Setting WiFi Connection (Figure 2)


• Cell phone will auto screening and show the entire available WiFi network.
• Select 2.4Ghz WiFi network, and then select the WiFi network that you want to connect to
the appliance.
• Enter your password for the network connection.

6.4 Activating a WiFi on appliance (Figure 2)


• Power on the appliance and long touch the ‘temperature’ and ‘heat power’ button to activate
a WiFi, the appliance will beep then a WiFi indicator will rapidly blink.
• Select “Confirm indicator rapidly blink” then select “Next”.
• Wait for connection between Tuya App and the appliance for approximately 3 minutes.

6.5 Successful Pairing (Figure 2)


• App will show cloud network “Cooking Master”. You may rename the cloud network name to
you favorite kitchen name.
• You may click “Cooking Marketing” to start the WiFi recipes features by selecting your
desired menu from “Cloud Recipe”, “Simple Chef” or operate remotely with “DIY” menu.

• When the WiFi is activated on the appliance, long touch the ‘temperature’ and ‘heat
power’ button to remove the WiFi connection.

7. Self-Cleaning
• Self-cleaning process is for removing difficult stains and food that stick on the jar after use.
• Self-cleaning process is operating from the Tuya App.
• Turn on your cell phone Tuya App that paired with the
appliance, and then use it as a remote control to sync with the
appliance.
• Add water 500ml to 1L
• One small drop of detergent will be helpful.
