Professional Experience
Product Madness – Senior Engineering Manager(functional) April 2022 – Present
● Managed a team of Engineers across several states/countries, while maintaining production across several
features.
● Helped create and promote new policies and procedures to perpetuate a streamlined development plan.
● Developed a pipeline plan to get ahead of future releases and feature development, which streamlined our
releases to iOS and Android and allowed us to release on a weekly cadence
● Worked with the other Engineering Manager to develop a process where we rotate days in which we do reviews
so that way we have a clear process of which days we are reviewing and which days we are developing.
● Assisted in managing the Project Manager position while we filled the role, during which I reworked our
development layout and helped product re-estimate larger features within our roadmap.
● Ensured that multiple releases and features were completed and released on time, and often ahead of schedule.
● Mentored engineers that lead to 2 promotions, as well as several pay increases.
● Developed fun team building exercises that bought the team together in both a professional and personal
manner.

SSE Inc – Project Manager/ Senior Lead Developer May 2021 – April 2022
● Manage 53 Developers and 5 teams across 4 Projects and 3 DevOps.
o F-15 (VMT), F-18(VMT), P-8, GMD – Complete trainers down to every bolt on how to fully operate and
repair every item on each trainer. Written is C# using Unity for the front end, using a C++ proprietary
back end for calculations. Each (minus GMD currently) have VR builds, and builds using hololens.
o V-22, AutoFBX Importer – V-22 is a semi successful DevOp that we are harvesting the iOS from in order to
produce a quicker computation time for future projects. The AutoFBX importer is just a simple project that
talks to our databases and updates everything nightly from artists, and then pushes it out to all of the
developers prior to the beginning of the day to minimize downtime from imports.
● Contributed and oversaw the development of iOS and core systems across 4 projects.
● implemented a new pipeline to increase productivity by almost 19% across the board with some teams gaining
almost 45% increased productivity.
● Created software to monitor quality and productivity, as well as streamline processes.
Pinnacle Solutions Inc – Lead Game Developer Jan 2018 – April 2021
● Creates and develops new game/simulation software using Unity/C#, leading a staff of two game developers.
● Designing and developing new features for an IR&D Unity/C#-based simulation solution.
