Rosa Harper. Rosa Maria Kelly Harper is a 17 year old black female with red and
black hair and glasses. She was last seen on August 3, 2023 at approximately 3:00
pm wearing a black top and jogger pants in the 1800 block of Links Blvd in
Tuscaloosa, Alabama. If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of
