SUBJECT : Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) Ratings

and Rankings of the Department of Health Retained Hospitals and
Treatment Rehabilitation Centers

The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on the Harmonization of National Government

Performance Monitoring, Information and Reporting System has released its Final Assessment
ratings on FY 2020 PBB of the Department of
Health, and rendered the Retained Hospitals and
Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers as eligible for the grant.

The said health facilities were arranged in accordance with the criteria in Department Order
No. 2020-0826. The rankings are provided in Annex A of this issuance.

For any appeals on the result of the PBB rating and ranking, a letter of request shall be
submitted to the PBB Secretariat at padpbbsecretariat‘}zmail.com within five (5) working days
from the release of the PBB rating and ranking result. Be it noted that appeals sent beyond this
timeframe shall be no longer considered.
