Agreement of MOU

1. The total amount of 30% is given to you from the fees of each IT students from
your batch.
2. If the admission ration becomes equal from our side and your side that is 1:1
then 5% of extra sharing will be provided to you for that particular student
from your side only.
3. You have to help us for marketing and to conduct demo classes in Institute and
and even for colleges also.
4. Your salary for each students is totally depend on their feedback after
completion of their course.(Negative feedback may effect your salary upto
decrement of 20%)
5. You have to give totally 6 hours as 3hrs per branch and syllabus of each
student should be completed within a given. (You Can inform us, if it’s a
problem with students’ attendance or students’ issue)
6. You have to take take 2hrs per batch as 1 hour for theory and 1 hour for
practical’s.
7. You should not have to skip any topics and classes should be conducted as per
industry standard.
8. You should not teach in any other institute and should not misguide any
students by sending them to other institute or by teaching them on your own.
9. You should not misbehave with any students and even with management also.
10.Referring point 5,6,7,8 & 9 incase we find any of these issues penalty will be
fined up to 1 lakh.
11.You should maintain proper timing as given by management and attendance
diary will be maintained regularly with timing.
12. Two branches are British Institute of Technology, Near Timmapuri and Genius
Academy near Central Bus Stand.
13.Agreement is valid till end of September 2022.
