AGREEMENT.

You are appointed as faculty Cum branch Manager.

1. If you leave the Institute before 1 year then you have to Pay rent till December 2021 Rent.
2. You cannot take any loans on institute property or on institute even the other people cannot
be involved in our institute agreement.
3. The amount value of our Institute is mentioned in Equipment & Furniture sheet 2.
4. You have to Pay Rent of Institute, Light Bill, any repair or modification any damages in your
60% sharing amount you should pay only.
5. Amount of 100% in student Fees Collection Sharing Amount 40% to our Management Syed
Rizwan Ali, and remaining 60% amount to 2nd party Manjunath Mahagonkar. In that you have
to pay Light Bill, Staff Salary, Stationary & Marketing, Print Media any Damage repairs all
counters and Electronic and Electricals Items you have to Pay in your sharing amount 60% Only.
6. You have to maintain our brand value our Institute. You have Provide Quality Education &
Maintain Discipline, if you do not maintain discipline complains matter. Then we will cancel
agreement. Then you Should pay penalty of agreement /Cancellation rent till December 2021.
7. Students Fees Collection has to be hand over to Management Daily or weekly Depends on
Management.
8. In this Institute you have to run only Computer Training and Coaching Purpose not for any
other Business Purpose.
9. All the Institute Infrastructure “Computer’s, Fans, and all other A to Z Equipment’s” belongs
to Genius Academy under Bharatiya Educational Charitable and Welfare Trust (Reg.No-
BK.24/2008/09) Properties.
10. Any kind of changes would be taken, should be informed to the Management before the
Changes, like Including new Faculties or any other.
11. When agreement duration complete or closed that students fees considered only in your
sharing amount.
12. Rent and electricity bill staff salary marketing stationary any equipment damage and repair
Manjunath Mahagonkar responsible only, if there is no collection amount then you have to pay
the rent and light bill and salaries by your own Manjunath Mahagonkar faculty Cum branch
Manager.
13.Agreement duration start’s from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021.
