You are appointed as faculty Cum branch Manager.

1. If you leave the Institute before 1 year then you have to Pay till December 2021 Rent.
2. You cannot take any loans on institute property or on institute even the other people cannot be involved in our
institute agreement.
3. The value of our Institute 8,00,000/- Furniture and all Equipment’s and brand.
4. You have to Pay Rent of Institute and Light Bill any repair or modification any damages in your 60% sharing amount
you should pay only, British institute of technology not to pay any amount, British institute of technology management
should.
5. Amount of 100% in student Fees Collection Sharing Amount 40% our Management, (Manjunath Mahagonkar) in that
your 60%Amount you have to pay Light Bill, Staff Salary, Stationary & Marketing, Print Media any Damage repairs all
counters and Electronic and Electricals Items you have to Pay in Sharing amount Only.
6. You have to maintain our brand value our Institute. You have Provide Quality Education & Maintain Discipline, if you
do not maintain discipline complains matter. Then we will cancel agreement. Then you Should pay penalty of
agreement/Cancellation rent till December 2021.
7. Students Fees Collection has to be hand over to Management Daily or weekly Depends on Management.
8. In this Institute you have to run only Computer Training and Coaching Purpose not for any other Business Purpose.
9. All the Institute Infrastructure “Computer’s, Fans, and all other A to Z Equipment’s” is belongs to British Institute of
Technology Properties.
10. Any kind of changes would be taken, should be informed to the Management before the Changes, like Including new
Faculties or any other.
11. When agreement duration complete or closed that students, fees considered only in your sharing amount.
12. Rent and electricity bill staff salary marketing stationary any equipment damage and repair Manjunath Mahagonkar
responsible only.
