Finding the Bail Bond filed by the accused Carlito Niedo y

Baldonado in the amount of Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (Php
24,000.00) under Plaridel Surety and Insurance Co. bearing the JCR-(2)
No. 49101 to secure her provisional liberty, sufficient and in order, and
considering the certification issued by the Clerk of Court, Atty. Zandra T.
Bato that the herein bond complies with the formal requisites prescribed
by the law and rules, the same is hereby ADMITTED and APPROVED.

Further, the Jail Warden of Las Piñas City is hereby ordered to

release accused Carlito Niedo y Baldonado from detention unless he is
being detained for some other offense/s.

SO ORDERED.
