I am Nurul Shahira Binti S Rusman, a final year master's student from Universiti
Teknologi MARA (UiTM) am conducting research related to the title " The
implementation sustainable facility management practices at common area in
high rise residential building" to complete the thesis for the Master of Science
Facility Management. This survey is conducted prior to the CPA 763 subject
whereby I would be conducting interview is for the officer who manages the
management bodies in high rise residential building. I am investigating the
following aspects: -

building in Kuala Lumpur and the objective of this research are:
