Research survey

I am Nurul Shahira Binti S Rusman, a final year master's student from Universiti
Teknologi MARA (UiTM) am conducting research related to the title " The
implementation sustainable facility management practices at common area in
high rise residential building" to complete the thesis for the Master of Science
Facility Management. This survey is conducted prior to the CPA 763 subject
whereby I would be conducting interview is for the officer who manages the
management bodies in high rise residential building. I am investigating the
following aspects: -

Part A: Assesses demographic information of respondents.

Part B: Assesses related sustainable facilities management practices


practiced in common property at high rise residential building.

Part C: Recommendation by management bodies towards


sustainable practices at common property in high rise residential
building

Therefore, would appreciate very much if you would kindly participate by


being one of my respondents to help me in my research. You can be rest
assured that ALL THE INFORMATION IN THIS SURVEY WILL BE STRICTLY
CONFIDENTIAL. All the findings gathered will be only use for academic

The aim of this research is to approach sustainable practices at common property high rise residential
building in Kuala Lumpur and the objective of this research are:
1. To determine sustainable management key practices at common property in high rise residential
building.
2. To determine issue in implement sustainable practices at common property in high rise
residential building
3. To recommend the direction towards sustainable practices at common property in high rise
residential building
