Tell me a bit about yourself?

Sure. My name is Cristian, I'm 39 years old, and I live in Bogota with my wife and
my son Martín, who is 4 years old.
I am an industrial engineer with a specialization in Strategic Management. I have
about 15 years of experience working in private companies in the technology, e-
commerce, and internet sectors, managing over 5,000 employees. My expertise
lies in leading high-performing payroll teams across Colombia and Latin American
countries, including Argentina, Mexico, and Peru.

Additionally, I have experience working with payroll providers, such as ADP


(Automatic Data Processing), and effectively managed relationships with
stakeholders and employees.

What's the achievement you had during your past work experiences.

In my recent work experience, I had the opportunity to achieve significant


accomplishments, such as:
1. Reorganization and alignment of vacation provisions, resulting in a USD 3
million decrease while ensuring legal compliance.
2. Successfully leading the outsourcing project for economic benefits recovery,
increasing monthly income from USD 17,000 to USD 33,000 and achieving
significant cost savings for the company.
3. Establishing a highly effective work team that made progress in their career
plans and obtained promotions.
4. Automation of payroll processes, optimizing time efficiency and improving
the quality of information.

what skill might I need to improve?

As a Payroll Lead, I´m always looking for ways to improve my related skills,
especially in the data analysis, I need to improve my knowledge in Power BI.
