Re: Global Human Capital (GHC) Summit Volunteer 2023

Dear Recruitment Team,

Curiosity and eagerness to learn are defining traits of my personality. In 2021, I was
introduced to GIPA by joining the GIPA’s webinar with the theme ‘Getting into Global
Companies & International Organisations’ and learned how to navigate to secure jobs in
global companies & international organisations. Since then, I have been curious to get to
know more about GIPA while at the same time, I got the opportunity to be connected to IPA
NL & SG chapter leaders and co-organised an event with IPA SG in 2021. It is fascinating to
understand and join the GIPA & IPA ecosystem. Therefore, I want to involve more in GIPA
activities and contribute to the Global Human Capital Summit 2023.

As the Global Human Capital Summit 2023 aims to advance Indonesia’s human capital
development and build a network of future talents to be future-ready in the ASEAN and
global network, this is similar to what I have been doing in The Young SEAkers (a non-profit
organisation that have 10 local chapters in respective ASEAN countries). We equip youths
with the knowledge to be future-ready and to be employable in the ASEAN region by
providing meal & mingle sessions with professionals who have work experience in the region
as well as giving a chance for Indonesian students to get international exposure by giving
immersion program to Singapore and other countries in the region.

With that being said, we are in the same boat in our mission to advance Indonesia’s human
capital with various knowledge-building and relevant activities. I am confident in my capacity
to contribute to GHC 2023 as an event executive or VIP liaison officer, and I can fully commit
to the event on 22-23 August 2023.

In the last 3 years, I have been organising various events on local, national, and international
scales with both offline and online settings. It allowed me to have the qualities and build my
expertise in project and stakeholder management skills. My experiences working with
various stakeholders have allowed me to develop strong relationship-building skills and a
keen ability to navigate complex networks. I am confident in fostering connections and
collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

To learn more about my details qualifications, I am enthusiastic about a personal interview to

discuss further how I can contribute to the event. Thank you for taking the time to consider
