1. SLAG AND LIMESTONE LOADING ARRANGEMENT TO CEMENT MILL

Two proposals made with belt conveyors without elevator.
Two Proposals made with bucket elevator with feeding belt to clinker hopper and one
without belt conveyor to feed direct chute to clinker hopper.
Site to decide which arrangement is suitable to them. After that detailed estimate to be
made.

2. LAYOUT OF CLINKER LOADING ARRANGEMENT

Layout prepared as discussed. If it is ok with site, detail drawings can be made.
Site has to check the distances mentioned in the drawings are correct and possible to install
the equipment as shown in the layout.

3. SHREDDER ARRANGEMENT FOR PLASTIC WASTE

After getting the offers for the shredders, layout will be finalized. It was discussed about the
Layout. To get the quotation for the shredder suitable to us with a capacity of 5 T/hr.

4. CCR MODIFICATION With LIFT & QC LAB Modifications

To be discussed and finalised with VAASTU Consultant on 17th August.

5. VENUGOPAL SWAMY TEMPLE

Advance paid, now to get the structural drawings to prepare the estimate and decide the
construction schedule and payment schedule.

6. NEW STP PLANT

Location discussed to shift the STP plant to the playground area outside the colony
compound wall. Initially, we will connect the possible lines and balance lines will connect
later.

Pumping arrangement to be used to pump sewerage to the tank outside the compound wall.
Suitable pipe lines to be laid to use this water for gardening.
For Canteen, Administrative building, and packing plant area local soak pits to be made.
Drawings to be made for the soak pits and decide their location.
To be discussed and finalised the location with VAASTU Consultant on 17th August.

7. UNIT II CEMENT MILL BYPASSING THE ESP

Fan design to be checked, to establish the efficiency suitable duct modification to be done to
increase the pressure in the system to make the fan to work efficiently.
Check the trend curve of the fan.
Study to be done for replacing the Existing ESP with Cyclones by KHD.
8. TO STUDY WHR FOR UNIT I SEPARATELY AND MIX WITH WHR II
TKII Visited the plant and requested for data. After studying the data, they will submit the
offer.

9. UNIT II COOLER REPLACEMENT

To get the commercial/technical offer from IKN / KHD to change the existing cooler.
Check the drawings for the suitability of the existing cooler foundation. In the meantime,
discuss the possibility to modify the first grate as suggested by KHD for getting the saving of
10k cal per kg of clinker.
Also check if this arrangement can be used later when we replace the complete cooler.
Co-ordinate and get the suppliers to study the cooler condition as of now, and get the
correct proposal from the supplier.
Request Sent to KHD for their Visit to study the above.

10. LARON CRUSHER

Manufacturing drawings are being completed along with bill of materials. In the meantime,
foundation drawings, with load data to be given to the structural consultants to make
construction drawings.
Detailed estimates to be made for the civil electrical and mechanical equipment.
Load centre location to be decided with proper cable routing with a detailed electrical
drawing locating the breaker and transformer.
Quotations for gear boxes, HT motors, LT motors and other brought outs to be received

List of own fabrication items (Turbovent & Site) and their estimates to be made.

11. 3RD CEMENT MILL

Tentative lay out drawing to be made for future use.

12. POWER CONSUMPTION

Ordered VFD's to be installed. Detailed study to be made on the power being consumed
actually of all the LT & HT motors.
Performance of the process fans to be checked with the present operating condition. If
possible, compare our power consumption with better performing plants for our guidance.

13. PAN CONVEYOR CONNECTING CSP-2 to CSP-1 & CSP-2 to CSP-3.

Layout to be made as discussed.

14. NITROGEN GAS PLANT FOR UNIT 1 & UNIT 2 COAL MILL
Proposal to be discussed.

15. TAD MODIFICATION

For TAD Modification New Foundations and Duct Supports Structural designs to be received
from M/s. SECMEC, after finalising the drawings with load data.
Estimation to be Prepared.

16. PREHEATER-1
Top Cyclone replacement with KHD design.

17. KILN-1
Burner pipe to be replaced.

18. MAIN GATE AREA

Shed to cover Biometric machines. To be discussed and finalised with Vaastu consultant.
