Improving inter-vertical engagement within a committee is crucial for fostering a sense of teamwork and

cooperation, communication and a sense of unity among the team. The following suggestions are some
practical strategies to enhance inter-vertical engagement:

1. Team-Building Activities: Encouraging interactions between team members from different

verticals outside of work hours works wonders. Organizing team lunches, recreational activities
like going to ‘Bounce’, go-karting or trips to build personal connections.

2. Regular Inter-Vertical Meetings: Scheduling periodic meetings or stand-ups involving

representatives from each vertical to make sure there is unison in work. These gatherings
provide an opportunity to share updates, discuss challenges, and help bonding.

3. Knowledge transfer sessions: Helps the members to learn together and helps in exchange of
ideas. Understand each other verticals and promotes further engagement.

4. Objectives: Making the members of all verticals understand how their significant their efforts
are which lead to success of the committee.

In this way, strong inter-vertical engagement leads to increased productivity, creativity, and a positive or
organizational culture within a committee.
