(Additional Charge)

No. 1517-IR-I/2022 Mr. Zulfiqar Ali (IRS/BS-19) presently posted as Additional

Commissioner-IR (HQ), Regional Tax Office, Sahiwal is assigned the additional
charge of the post of Additional Commissioner-IR, Okara Range, Okara, Regional
Tax Office, Sahiwal, in addition to his own duties, w.e.f 24.05.2022, for a period of
three months or till the posting of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.

2. The concerned office shall be responsible to initiate request well before time
(Minimum of 15 days) for further extension in additional charge (if required) for
approval of Competent Authority i.e. Revenue Secretary / Chairman, FBR.
