plan of the affected areas and to define the possible areas to be affected.
o The areas that may be affected are being considered for integration into the modification
of the current EIS.

o Bio German Gonzalez, makes ETJ review, due to the need to make modifications or
proceed with the clearing and stripping works, it will be necessary to make and authorize a
new ETJ for the pending areas that were not impacted.
o Ramon Amaya, an expert in safety, environmental, maintenance and health issues, who is
awaiting authorization to begin the operation and emergency attention procedure for the
tailings dam, which is requested in one of the conditions requested by the government

the mill. The specifications of the haulage ramp are added.
9. Adrian Gonzales from STS is confirmed to visit on February 24, the plan is to take them
from Durango to the Magistral Project and return them to Durango the same day.
