STORY

The trick goes like this:

The magician hands the participant

their phone with Instagram open.
They are told to scroll through to a
photo that has at least a few people
in it. Once they stop at a photo, the
magician lets them choose if they
want to stay there or keep going, it's
up to them. Then, eventually, they
think of any person in the photo.
They look at the username, on the
person they are thinking of. Nothing
is said out loud. Immediately, the
magician knows who the participant
is thinking of before they ever touch
the phone agian.

No peeks. A fixed prediction.

Open up the marvel website workspace on
a desktop computer. Begin by setting the
Fixed Header & Footer for every image. Try
to be as consistant as possible with the
placements to be the same in all the photos.
This will allow for the UI to mimmick how it
looks in the real Instagram app .
1. Open Base No Tag.png
This is also the first upload.

2. Create a custom hotspot for every person in both

multiple person photos seen in the
Base No Tag.png image. Link the hotspots to the shown desti-
nation image in the visual examples on the next page.

READ BEFORE YOU BEGIN!!

3. When building the hotspots turn on the Keep Scroll Position
feature for each hotspot destination you create so the photo
switching is seamless.

We are almost finished with the build.

The last thing left to do will be to link all the tagged images in TAG
1.png, TAG 2.png, TAG 3.png, TAG 4.png, TAG 5.png, TAG
6.png,TAG 7.png back to the the the Base No Tag.png.

We will do this by creating a hotspot covering the whole tagged

image so it doesnt matter where they tap to make the tags dissap-
pear on the photo. Remember to also keep the scroll position for
each hotspot created.

Example of hotspot covering

CASUAL REVEAL

FINAL THOUGTHS

This is a favorite method of mine for subtle forcing. It really slides

under the radar when presented with an extreme casual manner. Also,
time misdirection between the force and when the information is
revealed is your friend with this one.
