    Dear Mr. Geronimo,

    Greetings!

    I am Zachary Jose Victorino, head and part of Team Tuloy Ang Progreso, Kabataang
    Tagalag. We will be conducting a 3x3 Basketball Tournament that will be held in
    Gumamela St., Tagalag, Valenzuela City on August 12, 2023. I wrote this letter to
    request the closure of a part of Gumamela St. (In front of Jhun Ramiso’s house).
    In line with this, can we also borrow the following from your good office:
    1. Tent for the committee
    2. 15 pieces of monoblock chairs
    3. 1 long table

    We will greatly appreciate it if you will approve this. Thank you!
