Replacing HV HRC fuse-links in the auxiliary transformer panel; switch-disconnector panel and metering panels
When a HV HRC fuse-link has tripped, the HV HRC fuse-links in the two other phases may also have been stressed =>
Replace the HV HRC fuse-links in all 3 phases
The HV HRC fuse compartment cover can only be removed if the earthing switch is in EARTHED position.
When the HV HRC fuse compartment cover is removed, the earthing switch is interlocked in EARTHED position.

Note:
1. Replace all 03 fuses if any ones is blown
2. Check the fuse direction while install the fuses
3. Checking manual document if change rate of fuses
4. The voltage indicators can be damaged by the test voltage during the cable test => Short-circuit the voltage indicators
at the earthing points of the test sockets using short-circuit plugs.
5. Checking auxiliary voltage before turn ON MCBs inside panels.
6. Remove all connecting plug for MCU, relays, meter.. Before dielectric test for auxiliary circuit (limit 1kV, 1s)
7. Remove Surge Arrestors, voltage transformer before dielectric test for main circuit (limit 50kV, 1 min).
8. Read the nameplates in the front panels to define type of panels before operation
9. Using incorrect operating levers can damage or deactivate the safety equipment of the switchgear.

Maintenance Guide
Maintenance
1. The switchgear, the circuit-breakers in use and the vacuum contactors do not require maintenance under normal
operating conditions.
2. The switchgear vessel represents a hermetically sealed pressure system (sealed pressure system) according to
IEC 62271-200. Maintenance of the insulating gas is not required.
3. Secondary equipment: Inspection/testing of the secondary equipment such as the capacitive voltage detecting
system is done within the scope of national standards and customer-specific regulations
4. Checking the dew point: The dew point needs no checking throughout the entire service life.
5. Checking the gas quality: The gas quality needs no checking throughout the service life.
6. Replacement of components: Due to the fact that all parts of this switchgear have been optimized to last the
normal service life, there is no need to recommend particular spare parts.
