Dear Ma’am,
Greetings from Special Containers and Value-Added Services Inc., a business unit under
the 2Go Group Inc.

This refers to our domestic transfer of your temperature-controlled cargo from Cagayan de Oro bound to the
following destinations on a door-to-door service agreement.

In this connection, we are now prepared to present our computed rate for the aforecited destination.

Above Rates are subject to the following charges:

1. Value Added Tax – 12% (Rates above are VAT Inclusive)


2. Valuation Fee
a. For 20ftr -.5% of Declared Value in excess of Php 1,300,000.00
3. Demurrage Fee (van and chassis) per calendar day
a. 20ftr – Php 5,000.00
b. 40ftr – Php 10,000.00

- PICK UP : One (1) calendar day upon arrival at plant site
- DELIVERY : Two (2) calendar days upon vessel arrival at port of destination

5. Detention Fee (truck head/prime mover)
a. Php500.00 per hour, in excess of Six (6) hours upon trucker’s arrival at plant site
6. Bobtail Fee – 100% of trucking rate (P10,000.00 VAT Inclusive)
7. Foultrip Fee – 100% of trucking rate
8. Advance pick-up charges: Php 2,500.00 per calendar day (plug-in and handling)
9. Deferred delivery charges: Php 2,500.00 per calendar day (plug-in and handling)
10. Genset – Php 5,000.00 per day
a. Genset Fuel - Php 320.00 per HOUR in excess of Four (4) HOURS
11. Hustling rate – Php 3,500.00 per TEU, for advance pick-up or deferred delivery
12. Cargo Handler –
a. CITY LIMITS - Php 800.00 per person per TEU, in excess of three (3) cargo handlers per
20ftr; in excess of 4 cargo handlers for 40ftr.
b. OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS – as per negotiation
13. Charges for any government mandated inspection shall be for the account of the customer
14. CY stuffing/ stripping charges (inclusive of hustling, LOLO)
a. 20ftr – Php 7,000.00
b. 40ftr – Php 12,000.00
c. Plug in – Php 150.00 per hour

Terms and Conditions:


1. Validity
1.1. Rates shall be effective _____________
1.1.1. Rates shall be subject to change with prior notice due to fluctuations on freight, arrastre,
terminal handling costs and government and industry mandated adjustments

2. Equipment Type/Size/Quantity:
2.1. 20 footer or 40 footer Standard Refrigerated Marine Containers (Reefer Container)
2.2. Maximum cargo weight capacity is 18MT/20ftr and 22MT/40ftr
2.3. Customer shall provide Electrical Power for the operation of Reefer Container during pick-up and
delivery with a rated capacity of 15KVA, 440volts, 3Phase, 60hz.
2.4. Product Storage Temperature Requirement: _______ °C for Frozen ; _______ °C for Chilled

3. Products Specification
3.1. The Customer shall ensure that all their products to be loaded are pre-cooled to required Product
Storage temperature, with proper packaging that can withstand seafreight handling
3.2. Customer shall ensure that no contrabands will be loaded to the van
3.3. Customer shall secure all pertinent permits or licenses necessary to transport their commodities
as mandated by the Government or any of its Agencies. NO PERMIT, NO LOADING.
3.4. In case of any Government mandated inspection, Customer shall be required to comply with the
inspection and submit all documents required by these authorities.
3.5. Mixed loading of products with different storage requirements shall be prohibited including
mixture wherein there is possibility of contamination, odor and the likes.
4. Loading and Delivery
4.1. Booking reservation shall be made at least seven (7) days before vessel estimated time of
departure (ETD)
4.2. Booking Confirmation shall be made at least five (5) days before vessel estimated time of
departure (ETD)
4.3. Booking cancellation shall be made three (3) DAYS before vessel estimated time of departure
(ETD). Incidental charges may apply.
4.4. Customer shall be given six (6) hours to load cargoes inside the van upon arrival at loading area.
Detention fee will be charged for trucking in excess of the given time.
4.5. Carrier’s representative shall conduct random inspection on the cargo
4.6. Carrier strictly implements Shipper’s Load and Count and seal intact policy
4.7. Stacking height must not exceed the load line markings inside the reefer container
4.8. Customer shall be given twelve (12) hours free plug-in time at port of origin from vessel estimated
time of departure and at destination from vessel’s actual arrival. Excess will be charged
accordingly.
4.9. Customer shall be required to unload immediately their cargo upon delivery at destination. In
case of deferred unloading, the Customer is given forty-eight (48) hours free demurrage from
vessel actual arrival, but this is limited only to usage of Reefer Container.
4.10. Carrier shall perform pre-cooling and post cooling of reefer van before and after loading
of cargo.
5. Responsibility and Liability Coverage
5.1. Carrier’s cargo liability coverage is limited to Php1,300,000.00 for 20ftr. Customers will be charged
valuation fee rate of 0.5% to cover the excess amount as declared in our Cargo Acceptance Form
for full liability coverage.
5.1.1. For prepaid accounts, valuation charges must first be paid first together with the agreed
Freight charges to effect full liability coverage.
5.1.2. For Customer’s with credit line, valuation shall be automatically charged on Customer’s
account once declaration in the Cargo Acceptance Form is more than the agreed liability
coverage.
5.2. Carrier’s responsibility shall only start from the time the Cargo Acceptance Form is signed by the
Customer. Carrier’s liability shall only cover van malfunction and handling damages to equipment
and power interruption while in Carrier’s possession.
5.3. Carrier’s responsibility shall end when the reefer container is delivered at the agreed destination
and delivery documents had been received. If Customer cannot yet accept or has postponed
delivery, carrier’s responsibility shall end after forty-eight (48) hours of vessel’s arrival at
destination and Customer shall now be responsible for storage fees, detention and all other
incidental fees that will be charged.
5.4. For Pier mode of service, Carrier’s responsibility shall start from the acceptance of reefer
container in the port of loading and shall end twelve (12) hours after vessel’s arrival at port of
destination, except in cases ofreefer container damages brought mishandling while in custody
and care.
5.5. Carrier shall not be liable for any of the on the following instances or conditions stated below,
and WAIVER shall also be issued.
5.5.1. Customer performed loading/unloading without Carrier’s representative
5.5.2. Customer prohibits to perform pre-cooling and/or post-cooling during pick-up
5.5.3. Improper or damaged packaging and over stacking above reefer container load line
5.5.4. Contamination due to mixed loading of various commodities
5.5.5. Loading of commodities with temperature outside the required temperature range as
indicated above
5.5.6. Resetting of temperature setpoint while van is in transit
5.5.7. Products with expiration date on or before required delivery date
5.5.8. When reefer container will be on demurrage or used as temporary storage beyond free
time
5.5.9. Fresh produce with short lifespan versus transport time
5.5.10. Improper product handling process such as exposure to direct heat,
contamination and the likes.
5.6. Stacking height must not exceed the load line markings inside the reefer container
5.7. Carrier shall have no liability once container have been fully tested to be in good working
condition and has attained the product storage temperature requirement.
5.8. Carrier shall not be liable for any loss of profits, income or revenue or any other economic loss
or opportunity.

6. Claims
Customer must advice the Carrier immediately during delivery for any product loss or damage and details
must be indicated in the Cargo Delivery Form (CDF).

6.1. Customer is required to file any claim formally within seven (7) working days from date of delivery.
6.2. Carrier shall evaluate the claim and shall respond within thirty (30) days from receipt of formal
claim with complete documents
6.3. Carrier shall pay any claim separately. Customer shall not deduct any amount from payables
6.4. Customer shall safekeep damaged cargoes until claim is settled
6.5. Damaged items shall be surrendered to the carrier once payment of claim has been made
6.6. The terms and conditions of the Cargo Accepatance Form shall govern any incident or claimsnot
covered by this agreement

7. Terms and Billing

7.2. Payment Mode: With existing credit line with SCVASI
7.3. For delayed payments based on approved term, CARRIER shall charge an interest of two
percent (2%) per month and interest calculated on a daily basis shall be prorated..
