Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

This document notifies you that:

1. On 2 June 2023, an application for putting CROYDON INDUSTRIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the
High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2023-425-38. The application is to be heard by the High
Court at Invercargill on 24 August 2023 at 11.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an
appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s
address for service.
