Both of these candles have the same high

This is a pseudo breaker

So, why am I dubbing this a Pseudo-Breaker?

Look at the bodies of the candles in swing high #1

The highest is this open at 94.99. Then we have in the second swing

an open of 95.27
Q:why not use close?
So that, to me, constitutes a
potential, near-term, breaker.
Normally we would
anticipate a run higher
than the high here and
that's a classic ICT
bearish breaker:

Down close candle, right before the run up, taking out the
previous high.
For mentorship, now you have more information about the
breaker or pseudo-breaker, which is useful. It doesn't always
work, okay?
There has to be a context and the reason I'm framing this is
because I have the back-drop of the potential seasonal
tendency as I outlined in previous discussions and obviously
this will remain on our chart until we see one of two things
unfold. Either
1. the completeness of the entire month being bearish
2. or we run down below the Sell Stops here, then we get a
rejection and make an attempt to get to the Buy Stops
