QA Brief the problem description + defective picture/photo attached :

This MUF run on day shift; 11/11/2021 ( 4:10 PM - 6:50 PM ).
Machine/Line : AIB2
1. On 15th March, QA received Customer complaint feedback from Japan which this lot (1315) having wrong package of hook. As at now, reject quantity is 1 pack
2. Through out initial investigation, the wrong package of hook was belongs to CMR10 which affected muf # 670224-6 was running on different shift ( night
shift, 11/11/2022 at 7:40 PM - 11:20 PM at same running machine, AIB2 )
3. Defect phenomenon as below :
a. 3M Japan DC found defect pack inside CMR6 Carton Box which Datecode on package indicate as 1315 ( Production on 11-11-2021 )
b. Problematic Back card used is correct (Belong to CMR6) but sub material such as Blister, Hook & Strip belong to Model CMR10.

# Remarks : Customer question on the current weighing process which unable to detect on such defect failure.
