To ensure the uninterrupted conveyance of electricity to our beloved member consumer owners
and kailyans, the cooperative seek for assistance from your good office for the implementation of
the DILG Memorandum Circular No: 2022-036 in relation to RA 11361 otherwise known as the
Anti-Obstruction of Power Line Act.

Relative to this, may we request to consider the Power Line Operator Certification coming from
QUIRELCO and shall require all building owners who will be undertaking construction or
maintenance activities surrounding, adjacent, or proximate to the power line corridor to give due
notice to and coordinate with us prior to the issuance of a building permit.
