assistance to maintenance carried out by the Army, in terms of oil changes, air lters, oil and
fuel.
3. The contractor must take the corresponding samples from each of the equipment and
present a laboratory report on the engine oil during the rst three years after the repair, at
least 4 times. This report should contain the state of the oil, analysis of the state of metal
wear, behavior of the cooling system and the function of the thermal wear of the oil.
4. Oil analysis should be done by an experienced and certi ed tribology professional.
5. At the end of the warranty and after-sales service, a nal report must be delivered taking into
account all the shots taken, with their respective recommendations and care to take into
account.
6. Along with the oil analysis periods, the quality of the refrigerant must be analyzed, in order to
guarantee the quality of this component, making the change, in case of not meeting the
quality standards.

carrying out a total update of this equipment, carrying out the corresponding repowering
with the total change of the internal parts, leaving it in the TX-100-1A version.
2. The update includes the replacement of the elements to allow the absorption of the power
generated by the engine.
3. This activity must include the test bench, certi cates for transmissions and be delivered with
the element to the contract supervisor.
4. The contractor must deliver the certi cates and results of the test benches for this type of
equipment.
5. The contractor must make it clear in the nal report, in what type of ATF technology the
servo transmission is left and the ATF change periods, which promote the durability and
ef ciency of the servo transmission; must carry out ATF monitoring through the used oil
analysis technique, to determine if the ATF change periods theoretically proposed are
effective and obey the reality of the servo transmission operation in the vehicle, or on the
contrary should make decisions about preventive maintenance, or reduce or increase
change intervals. Once the monitoring is completed, the contractor must deliver the new
preventive and corrective maintenance program.
6. The oil analysis must be done by an expert tribology professional and certi ed. 1 end of the
warranty and post-sale period, a nal report must be delivered taking into account all the
shots taken, with their respective recommendations and care
7. Once the study is concluded, if there is a unit or several that show atypical metal wear
levels, the contractor must dismantle and maintain under warranty, without this generating
any cost for the National Army and make a report on the condition of the elements of wear
and the possible root causes by which these wear are generated, to avoid massive failures
in the future or to provide the most appropriate preventive maintenance plan
