Additionally, they can establish relationship strain and shake it's structure as they disturb daily life activities, leading to sleep deprivation, insomnia, and other sleep disorders. To promote better sleep in the 21st century, it's crucial to prioritize healthy sleep practices such as maintaining a regular sleep schedule, creating a sleep-friendly environment at a comfortable temperature, and practicing relaxation techniques such as meditating. These measures effectively minimize the modern hurdles faced by sleep patterns, encompassing/including technological influences, environmental factors, and the consequential impact on mental well-being.".
