In today's world, being a well-rested sleeper can pose challenges and


involve overcoming various obstacles in the pursuit of healthy sleep.
However, with wise strategies, we can successfully overcome such
hurdles.
While we live the technology-advancement joy, we cannot deny the obvious
negative impact on our lifelong style. Electronic devices master disturbing our
sleep-wake cycle; getting too engrossed in electronic gadgets and social media
is an essential cause of mental and physical issues that emerge in both long-
term influences and immediate impacts.
Similar to environmental elements, our surrounding is our universe and fancy.
For this reason, the presence of chaos or fundamental flaws can ruin our
stability, leading to anxiety and restlessness. The hustle and bustle of city life
with the lack of seclusion and privacy, along with increasing work and social
demands make it nearly impossible to maintain a life-work balance. All of these
factors contribute to creating an atmosphere of high pressure and leaving
people snowed under with overwhelming demands.
Additionally, they can establish relationship strain and shake it's structure as
they disturb daily life activities, leading to sleep deprivation, insomnia, and
other sleep disorders.
To promote better sleep in the 21st century, it's crucial to prioritize
healthy sleep practices such as maintaining a regular sleep schedule,
creating a sleep-friendly environment at a comfortable temperature, and
practicing relaxation techniques such as meditating. These measures
effectively minimize the modern hurdles faced by sleep patterns,
encompassing/including technological influences, environmental factors,
and the consequential impact on mental well-being.". By implementing
these strategies, we can improve sleep in the 21st century.
