job performance.
Furthermore, respondents have no varying responses
as to their attainment and length of service. Elementary
level-graduates have the same perception of the factors
affecting theirs job performance with high school level-
graduate and college level-college graduates and who
serve 1-3 years with those above 3 years of service in
the Barangay.
