1.Who should get tested for COVID-19 before business travel?
As per the respective state govt recommendations business travellers should get RT-PCR negative
report.

2.When will I have my PCR test results?


Results are available between 36-48 hours after you take the PCR test. Please do not contact us
unless you have not received your results within 36 hours. If you require your PCR test for travel. You

3.Can we pay to have results faster?


No, we do not offer an express service.

4.Can we do anything to have results before 24 hours?


Sometimes you may receive your results sooner than 24 hours later, however, this cannot be
guaranteed.

5.Can you do home testing?


Home testing services generally known as Home Collection Services are offered in select locations.

6.What is the timing for sample collection from home?

7.Do we need an appointment for testing?


Appointments are required for all PCR tests;

8.Do you send a report/notification?


All reports are shared with defined Govt. bodies as per the guidelines set by the state/country.
Reports are shared on real time basis as soon as they are ready on the email ID provided to us at the
time of booking. Once the results are ready, you will automatically receive your positive or negative
result via SMS and email on the details you have registered with us, although you may not receive
them at the same time. You may print the laboratory report and use it for travel purposes.

9.Will the PCR test result have all my details?


Yes, the report which you receive on email will contain all necessary personal details.

10.Will PCR test report be stamped/authenticated?


The report you receive from Stemz is an official document which is signed by the authorising
pathologist and automatically stamped.

11. Is it safe to get tested for COVID-19?


Yes, it’s safe to get tested. All medical staff wear protective gear during the Sample collection
process.
12.Is COVID-19 testing painful?
A test requires a small swab to be inserted into both the back of the throat and both nostrils. It
takes just a few seconds. It can be a little uncomfortable but usually not painful.

13.What does a COVID-19 test check for?


Swabs are tested for COVID-19 and sometimes other viruses. The COVID-19 swabs are not tested for
drugs, cancer, or anything else.

14.What information should I provide to Flipkart travel desk to schedule


my appointment/home visit?
When the appointment is scheduled by Stemz/travel desk, you should be prepared to provide any or
all the following information.

• Your name. The name used to schedule your appointment must EXACTLY match the name shown
on your identification. At a minimum, the identification must be a valid, govt issued ID that shows
your name in the English alphabet, your signature, and your photograph.
• Your National Identity Number such as Aadhar/Driving license/Voter Id
• Contact phone numbers - If there is a problem, we will use these numbers to reach you.
• E-mail address - Once again for contact purposes, this is often the fastest and most effective
means of contact. PCR tests require e-mail contact information for registration.

15. Can I cancel and/or reschedule my test appointment?


Yes. PCR test appointments can be cancelled and/or rescheduled with advance notice by informing

16. Should I pay for Covid test?


No, you don’t have to pay. Testing will be prepaid by Flipkart.

17. How can I get my reports?


Report will be shared on the email ID provided with Flipkart Traveldesk / Stemz team

18.If I want to book service for very next day what are the options
available?
Cut off time for next day booking is 3:00PM. Kindly book available slots through portal before
3:00PM for lab and home visit service.

19.Can I book for the service on Sundays?


For Sunday we can serve but some labs are not operational on Sunday. It is advisable to book your
appointment with some additional buffer time.

20.Do I need to get PCR test, even though I’m vaccinated?


Yes, you need to carry negative test certificate.
