Dear Ishaq Sab,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to discuss the matter of the Annual Audit Report
for Bannu Welfare Organization, regarding the requirements for opening a bank account for our
organization at the Bank of Khyber.

As per the list of documents provided, we understand that the Annual Audit Report of our
organization is requested. However, as a newly registered welfare organization, we have not
yet received any donations or financial support from any source. Therefore, we are not
currently eligible for a financial audit of our organization.

We kindly request that you proceed with the process of opening our organization's bank
account on an immediate basis, considering our current circumstances. We assure you that we
will diligently work towards obtaining financial or in-kind support within the next year, at which
point we will be in a position to prepare our annual audit report.

Once we have prepared the audit report, we will be more than willing to present it to anyone
who requests it, including the Bank of Khyber. We understand the importance of financial
transparency and accountability, and we are committed to fulfilling all necessary requirements
once we have the necessary resources.
