Rules and Regulations:

 Time Peroid - 11th Aug 2023 to 16th Aug 2023
 Students should submit their photographs on or before the midnight of 16th August 2023.
 Assign the co-ordinator Contact
 Best 3 photographs will be get the Memento & certificates by the hands of SOMTC Dean
 All participants get the participant certificate.
 Photographs can be taken in Camera or Mobile.
 Photographs can be either colour/monochrome.
 Photograph should be taken in the month of August 2023
 No Edit works should apply in your photographs.
 If you were selected for the exhibition, you would need to submit the raw photograph.
 Everyone should submit the minimum of 2 photographs.
 The top best photography will be honored by the chief guest from the industry.
 The judges decisions are considered as final at the spot.

School of Media Technology & Communication (Block 37) will showcase the top 40 photographs in
their Media Gallery exhibition.

The best 3 Photographs were posted in Vel Tech official Instagram page.
Exhibition Inauguration time: 10 am

A3+ (32.9×48.3 centimetre)
Print should in A3+ (11.7 × 16.5 inches)
Print should in A3+ (29.7 cm × 42 cm)
Printing Material: Mirror board (not in photo paper because of the cost is approximately 400rs)
Photography mount: BLACK CHART 300 GSM - ₹ 3000
Momento price - ₹ 3000
Certificate Printing - ₹ 17 for each
Design for certificates & posters - Vel Tech designers,
VelTech Web Admin has to create the Google Forms for the Registration.
