5 Supply & Instalaltion of Thermostat SIEMENS RDF-310 as per BOQ.
6 Supply and Installation of Chemical Treatment Flushing as per BOQ.
7 Supply and Installation of Air Outlets D-Yazan as per BOQ.
Article -01-Chilled Water Works and Valves Package.
1 Isolation Valves are ECI ITLY.
2 PCIV is SIEMENS Brand.
3 Stainer ECI ITLY.
4 Flexible Joints Made in TAIWAN ARMFLEX.
5 Chilled water Pipe is seamless, 40 Scd and NKK.
6 Pressure and Temperature gauges are WIKI.
7 The chilled water pipe insulation is 64Kg/m3 and 50mm Thickness AFFICO.
8 Metito Chemicals for Flushing.
Article -02- Duct Works
1 Galvanized steel sheet metal -G 90 (Gulail or Equal).
2 G.I. Duct shall be fabricated as per SMACNA standard for 2"pressure class.
3 Duct will be fabricated Galvanized Sheet as per"SMACNA" standard.
4 Duct Joints will be C& S Type.
5 Ducts joints will be airtight spaced not more than 6ft apart.
6 The threaded rods used for duct hangers will be 10mm Galvanized ES-TR82.
7 Duct sealant -Foster (32-17)- Air Master products.
8 The Duct Insulation Fiber Glass 24Kg/m3 and 25mm Thickness AFFICO.
Validity : 5 days from date of quotation.
Duration: 15 days from signing the contract and Down Payment.
Article-3- EXCLUSION
1 Power supply from main distribution panel up to HVAC equip. with disconnecting switch.
2 All kind of civil, carpentry works, cutting patching , decoration opening in the walls or roof.
3 Any kind of opening on the concrete wall or roof.
4 Electrical cable / power with disconnection switch near each HVAC units.
5 Electrical Conduiting for Thermosate.
6 Whatever not mentioned in BOQ, Quotation and drawings.
Terms of payment.
45 % Advance Payment with PO and remaining 50% Progress and 5% Final Hand Over.
