CONDENSATE LIABILITY LETTER

Dear,

We, Asour Al-Riyadah General Cont. Est. supplied and installed the chilled water Fan Coil

Units Condensate system. We installed int according to standard of Mall. It is free from

all defects. The condensate pipe size for each unit is 25mm. The 2 FCU is connected with 32mm

pvc pipe. The pvc pipes are properly insulated with rubber insulation and afterward taping PVC

to avoild any condensation on pipes. The slope is 1%. The P-Trap is according to apporved

drawings as per Mall.
