Discrepancy : Mixed frames 1 frames.

EDI = HP
Mixed = hL

Disposition Yield off affected lead frame with stamp code “hL” & proceed good to as normal.
Root Cause -1LF swap at wire bond process between machine “PWBUASM078” & “PWBUASM079” after SPC
buyoff.
-Machine operator wrongly put the LF after PC return the buyoff LF at machine due to the machine
location is in front of each other.
-The swap partner VF306019G27 test already complete and the swap 1LF already yield off at PMC
process due to bent/dented LF.
Containment -Brief to shopfloor to make sure they understand the 6 golden Anti Mixing Rules.
Actions Audit shopfloor from time to time by Manager & OE Champion to make sure shop floor understand
the 6 Anti-Mixing Golden Rules.
-Brief operator & technician to ensure correct magazine label, correct clip tagging, correct lead
frame coding vs machine number before surveillance check.
Brief operator & technician to ensure “4 eyes check” to make sure correct coding, correct lead
frame, correct magazine, correct clip tagging, before return at machine after surveillance check.
Also provide ID with signature at paper recording and attached together with lot tag.
Informed operator to make sure key in surveillance check in SPACE after done check.
