Documents in the BFDP Board for the 4th
Quarter 2022

- Coordinate with the city accountant, budget officer for the March 1- April 2023 Punong Barangay & Barangay
financial data needed in the preparation of the BFR- Treasurer
Statement of receipts and expenditures (SRE)
- Prepare/Accomplish Annex 7 BFR form with appropriate
data.
- Submit BFR to Punong Barangay for approval and
submission to city accountant.
- Ensure to provide the DILG-Manila office a copy of BFR
Form with “Stamp Receipt” form the office of the city
accountant
- Posting of the copy of the received BFR Form in the BFDP
Board
