INSURANCE (“Homesite”) requesting the court to specify how LuPardus is to upload documents to
the court as the current procedure is not obtainable and/or was refused to be accepted by the help
center below:
1. LuPardus, a non-lawyer, does not have access to e-filing and/or JIMS. The court issues
statements (bench orders) that includes document number references that are unclear to
LuPardus as he does not have access to the filing system in which the documents are listed as

such, and is unsure how to receive this information having requested it from both the Help
Desk and the Records Department of the Johnson County Courts. Example highlighted in

LuPardus has no idea what documents are being referenced as document numbers are not provided to
LuPardus when filed. I have emailed the help center who referred me to the records department, whom
2. Pertaining to exhibits being submitted to the court: As the court surely is aware, emails are
limited to 25 megabits per attachment per email. As LuPardus has many exhibits that are well
over this limit, a PDF link via Adobe and/or Google Drive is usually created automatically to
provide the option for the recipient to receive the documents without the need to split up the
documents into several smaller documents. (Ex. 1) How does the court wish for LuPardus to
submit documents that are over the 25 megabit limitation? Also, LuPardus also on 3/8/23 tried
to provide the documents to the help center to upload, but the help center refused to do so since
