To Whom It May Concern,

It is a pleasure and an honor for me to recommend Eric Hedden. I had the privilege of meeting
Eric (virtually) through my Career Planning Development course taught online at Butte College
this summer session. This course was a fast-paced course that lasted 4 weeks however Eric did
an awesome job getting oriented quickly. He reached out to me with questions and comments
regularly. He also followed my instructions of connecting with other students in this class as
well. This ensures Eric has excellent communication skills. He passed my course with an A!

In his responses to the different assignments, he is very motivated to excel in his professional
future. He is an interdependent individual. He knows when to reach out and when to carry out a
task individually. Eric is a friendly, kind, and approachable individual. I admire his constant need
