Sub: Proposal for NOC permission for laying of Water supply pipeline parallel and
road crossing on NH-25(New NH-27) Jhansi-Orai Section at (Chainage
1398+600 to 1437+000 km) LHS/RHS from Village-Digara to Village-Amargarh
section 250 mm dia to 700 ms casing pipe in the State of Uttar Pradesh for
approx 40.600 km reg. -

The Authorized Signatory M/s U.P. Jal Nigam has submitted the proposal for
NOC permission for laying of Water supply pipeline parallel and road crossing on NI
2a(New NH-27) Jhansi-Orai Section at (Chainage 1398+600 ta 1437+000 km) LHS/RHS
from y to Vittage-Amargart section 250-mmTrdia to-700-ms casing pipe in
the State ot Uttar Pradesh for approx 40.600 km.
2. As per the guidelines, issued by Ue Ministry vide OM Nu.RW/NH-33044/29/
2015/ S&R(R) dated 22.11.2016, the application shall be put out in the public domain
for JO days fur seeking clains and abjecuons (an grounds of public inconvenience,
safety and general public interest).
3. In view of the above, comments of the public on the above application is invited
to the below mentioned address, which should reach by this office within 30 days from
the date of publication beyond which no comments shall be entertained.
