Per an unnumbered Memorandum dated 09 May 2023 from Ms. Thelma T. Vecina,
CESO IV, Executive Director of the Local Government Academy, relative to the
conduct of Learning Activities on Barangay Development Planning for LGUs
covered by the Kapit-bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive and Integrated
Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) Program, the DSWD Regional Field
Office XI, in coordination with DILG Regional Office XI, will be conducting a
Regional Training of Trainers on the Barangay Development Planning Process
on June 19-23, 2023, for Batch 1 and June 26-30, 2023 for Batch 2, at the
