EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Raj Fitness is a startup idea by Rakesh Rajpurohit, Akash Rajpurohit and jayanthilal solenki .
Our gym offers state of the art equipment, experienced trainers and a welcoming and supporting
community. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, we have everything you need
to help you reach your goals

RAJ Fitness specializes in both desi gym(akadha) and modern gym , desi gym is available only
for teens and mens only while modern gym will be available for all genders(unisex) . Rakesh
have been involved in the business field for the past 2 years and have contributed greatly in the
management of their family business balaji bag house and Krishna beauty centre. Rakeshs’s
experience and knowledge of managing business will make the transition to owning and running
the business a natural step. Other partners i.e jayanthilal and Akash have experience of
successfully running a business

Our primary goal is to create a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about
fitness and wellness. We aim to achieve this by offering a variety of fitness programs, including
group fitness classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching. Our experienced trainers and
coaches are committed to providing personalized attention to our customers, helping them
achieve their fitness goals.

marketing strategies will be used for the success of Raj fitness

The website will be integral in our marketing effort as the site is a key sales tool for both
local and distant customers for supplement and equipment . The URL address will always be
used in promotional material, encouraging people to check out our businesss, concept, and the
products. In additional to inclusion in the traditional marketing campaigns, RAJ fitness will
submit their website to a variety of search engines, significantly increasing the number
of inquiries from people searching out to buy online supplement and equipment

RAJ Fitness will require the following Human Resource for operations

 Rakesh Rajpurohit : management, finance and high level accounting, business


development, incharge of Desi gym section
 Akash Rajpurohit : customer service, stock management, in store manager
 Jayanthilal solenki : social media handling, in charge of Modern gym section
 Receptionist : to handle customer query and registration of customer for membership of
gym
 Trainer : 3 trainer at modern gym section and 2 trainer at Desi gym section
 Individual contractor : professional individual for massage
6. ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT PLAN
RAJ Fitness is a partnership business, Rakesh, Akash, jayanth are the partner and manager of
RAJ Fitness. Thus they will be collectively responsible for all the financial obligations of the
business,and also all the important decisions of the business will be taken by them . Partners can
authorize the employees to make certain types of decisions
